I am Gina Wenxuan Qiao. DNT is one of my most used pen name. Gio in the domain name comes from my hometown, Shanghai's, pronunciation of Qiao. Joe also works in that sense but I like Italian food (and word play) a lot.

My creative journey has always been one of interdisciplinary exploration. I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2024 and now perusing a Master of Design Study (Narrative) in GSD.

My academic interest includes but not limited to architecture, game, film, political philosophy, Egyptology and art. I have made documentary, taken documentary photography, and created art in various media including lithograph, oil and acrylic. I also play drums, have learned some martial arts and yoga, and study the I Ching and Buddhadharma.

I began to create my own paintings in 2019. Painting is an inseparable part of my life; it is my fire and my light. I began to pursue game design formally in 2025. Designing game is my childhood dream.
